Mankind Custom Pop

As these products are made to order comissions we do not offer refunds however we will always work to resolve any issues that customers may have. Any issues/damage with the pop must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt otherwise we cannot make any repairs or adjustments.

All of our pops come with free UK delivery. We also ship to the US and to Europe (these fees are included when this shipping option is selected).

 

We will also ship to other countries but would advise you contact us first to get an up to date shipping quote.

How it works:

 

Select your layaway time scale of 1/2/3 Months, you then pay a £20 deposit. You have until the end of the selected timescale to pay the full balance to us. If the balance has not been fully paid, we retain the £20 deposit, but all other monies paid above this amount will be refunded.

 

Once you place your order, we will email you with an updated amount paid/to pay.

 

Layaway option is only available on personal pop and personal twin pack/wedding pops

 

Work on your custom pop begins when the payment has been made in full.
